Lose Weight In November Hypnosis Session


This is a hypnosis session to help you lose weight in November. And you can use it right now or you can save it for later, and all you need to do is just follow along with the sound of my voice and I’ll take care of the rest.

So you can begin by closing your eyes or defocusing them using your peripheral vision, relax your face, your shoulders, your chest and your stomach. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. Now bring your attention down to your stomach and relax the stomach muscles completely and totally. Imagine feeling that warm relaxation moving deep into the muscles anytime. It finds any tension, just melts it away and feel that relaxation continue to move up into your chest. Relax in the chest muscles feel your chest open and expand as that relaxation moves deep into those muscles and moves deep into your lungs into your heart. Everything relaxing and letting go. Feel that relaxation continue to move up into your shoulder muscles and feel those shoulder muscles. Just relaxing and letting go and how nice that feels and imagine the relaxation moving up into your neck up into your ears and down into your jaw. Relax in the jaw muscles completely and totally feeling that relaxation move your lips up into your nose.

So with each and every breath you take, you begin to relax even deeper. And now feel that relaxation. Open your eyes and your eyelids completely and totally relaxing those eye muscles. Just let them go those little muscles, take a break and just relax completely and totally and feel the relaxation up into your eyebrows up into your forehead and down over your face so that all the muscles of your face just completely and totally relax and let go. And now you can notice how much better it feels to relax your body to bring your awareness inside and to feel your mind quiet down.

So you can program your subconscious mind to make you lose weight in the month of November comfortably and easily. And your subconscious mind does this in a number of ways. First, you realize that Thanksgiving is only one day and that November is as good a month as any for you to begin to slim down and move towards your goal weight. And you can feel your motivation increase to do the things you need to do in order to lose the weight that you want to lose. And you quickly get rid of any candy from Halloween, and you get yourself back on track so that you can achieve the success that you want to experience. So you can experience the true joy of living in a body that you absolutely love and it feels amazing.

So as Thanksgiving approaches you can imagine yourself being five to ten pounds lighter, comfortably and easily, and how nice that would feel to walk into Thanksgiving five to ten pounds lighter simply because you naturally and automatically begin to make different food choices. Different lifestyle choices, as you feel your motivation increasing to want to eat the right foods that slim you down to feel more satisfied with the foods that you eat. So it becomes a regular thing that there’s extra food left over and you’re completely and totally comfortable with that. You feel satisfied and comfortable, and you begin to see yourself slim down. As you move towards your goal weight and it feels so nice to do something different with a level of motivation, that’s even greater than what you feel at any other time during the year. It’s the perfect month for you to move towards your weight loss goals to move towards that goal weight. That’s so exciting for you to live at and to make the choices that make that happen naturally and automatically drinking more water. Moving more, getting the sleep you need, and eating the foods in the way you need to in order for your body to naturally and comfortably slim down.

And as your subconscious mind imagines you five to ten pounds lighter, you begin to feel an intense motivation, building a desire to do the things that help you to slim down. And as you feel how exciting that is, feel yourself moving towards your goal weight each and every month of the year, but especially in November, a special gift you give to yourself this month to naturally and easily do the right things that slim you down and now.

I’m going to count from one to five, and when I say five, you’ll be fully away completely refreshed and relaxed. Number one, slowly easily returning to your full awareness once again. Number two, each muscle nerve in your body is loose, limp and will actually feel wonderfully good. Number three, from head to toe you feel amazing in every way. On the number four you come awake in the room that you’re in and the body that you’re breathing into. And on the next number I count, eyes open, fully way, completely rested and refreshed.
