Introduction
Remember when you go out, that fun is not dependent on the Quantity of food you eat (it can be partially dependent on the variety and quality of food you eat). But you can have just as much fun, if not more, by eating smaller Quantities of food when you go out.
Imagine going to your favorite restaurant feeling completely relaxed and in tune with your body, naturally craving the lighter foods on the menu, it’s not that hard to do. Watch this video to learn some useful techniques you can use to easily eat well when you go out.
