Introduction
I’m so glad that you’re reading this because it means that you are learning a way to control your weight that does NOT involve dieting. I can’t overstate how damaging dieting is to your motivation and long term success. Diets are almost always unconsciously perceived as temporary changes in eating behaviors. This perception causes dieters to constantly think about how nice it will be when they reach their goal weight and can go back to their “normal” behaviors.
These thoughts subliminally reinforce unhealthy cravings and can make it very difficult to maintain your desired eating habits. BUT, you are different because you’re planning for long term success by creating habitual behaviors and thought patterns that will last you the rest of your life. And in this video you’ll learn how to put dieting to rest once and for all.
