Introduction
Important Note: A Long Term Weight Loss Plan is impossible. At some point you reach your goal weight and the weight loss plan needs to come to an end. At that point you need to learn how to maintain your desired weight with your eating and exercising habits.
But what if you skipped the weight loss part and just focused on the maintenance plan. Think about it, wouldn’t you still lose the weight? The only difference is that you would have also been practicing the habits that automatically give you the exact body you want, and this is what you’re after. So, stop trying to lose weight and focus on installing the habits that control your weight instead.
