Introduction

The secret to controlling your weight automatically, is to transform the unconscious, automatic behaviors that create your weight. Think of your habits in terms of pounds. For example, if you eat ice cream 4 nights out of the week on average, how much extra weight on your body is that responsible for? If that habit disappeared what effect would it have on your weight after 3 months?

When it comes to changing habits a phrase that is essential is “there is no failure, only feedback.” If your plan doesn’t work, take a step back evaluate it, and tweak it so that it works better next time. When you continue this process, your success is guaranteed. Remember how you want to act and why and keep moving in that direction.
