Introduction
The most important part of your success is motivation. Now the secret to getting motivated is actually pretty simple (even though few people know it). It starts with understanding WHY you want to achieve something.
Understand the difference between means and ends values. Weight loss is a means to an end. You don’t want to lose weight, you want to feel more alive, you want to have more energy, you want better relationships, more productivity, etc.
The first step to tapping into greater weight loss motivation is to stop focusing solely on the weight. You need to begin thinking about all the things you want to get out of being thinner and you’ll find everything much easier.
