I know is seems crazy, but what if the reason you’ve struggled to lose weight or maintain the weight loss is because you don’t want to be thin?
At the end of the day, your weight comes down to the types of foods you eat and how much you eat of them. Both of these things are completely within your control, so if you’re struggling with it, there is a very good chance it’s because on some level you’ve decided to be that way.
