Introduction

Being able to instantly relieve stress and overwhelm is one of the most important skills that you can learn when it comes to eating well and remaining on track. Don’t overlook how important relaxation is to you, it’s truly your secret weapon.

Think about how much better you feel when you’re truly relaxed. It makes it easier to make good food choices and helps you to eat slower naturally. Consequently, when you’re stressed out it’s much more difficult to influence your eating and exercising.

Regardless of your relaxation level, you can relax deeply and more often. The secret is not to shoot for perfection, but to use every moment you can to relax your body, take a deep breath and let go. The more you do this the more powerful the effects.
