Introduction
As far as I know, the quickest way to feel more motivated or get back on track is to ask yourself why you want to lose weight, eat healthy, etc.
And to make this really work, you can’t settle for answers like “to feel better”, “cause my doctor said I had to”, etc., you need to think about this question, dig deep and come up with real, juicy reasons.
