Introduction
The foundational belief you need to have in order to change your body (and life) is that you create your reality. There’s no way around it. If you don’t believe this, then you’re always going to be at the mercy of your environment, situation, moods, etc.
You specifically create your reality through your habitual physiology (posture, breathing patterns, relaxation level, etc) and your habitual psychology (focus, self-talk, memories, etc). If you want to control your life, you have to control these things.
