Introduction
A great way to get rid of bad habits and cravings is to get a new perspective on them, and I mean that literally. Usually when we think of ourselves doing things we do it in the first person. We think of our hand coming up to our mouth, the taste of the food on our tongue, etc.
Unfortunately, this way of thinking associates us to the bad habit. When you use the technique in this week’s lesson you’re going to get a new, different perspective that is not only going to disassociate you from the bad habits and cravings, but will also help you see them in a new way that can make them disappear altogether.
