Instant Confidence

Introduction
Weight loss is much easier when you feel confident. Confidence is a big issue for a lot of people, but it doesn’t have to be. The first step in becoming more confident is to get specific. Where, when and what type of confidence do you want? How do you want the confidence to feel? The more exact you can be with these answers, the more clear the directions that you’re giving to your unconscious mind.
A common mistake is to define yourself as “confident” or “not confident”. The truth is that you experience varying levels of confidence in different situations and this is important because the more you recognize your confidence, the more of it you’ll feel.
In this video I explain some simple mental tricks and understandings to be able to control the level of confidence you feel in any situation.
