Eliminating Harmful Behaviors

Introduction
This week’s lesson should be welcome news to you because it’s going to give you some much needed flexibility in dealing with some of your harmful behaviors.
Instead of focusing on the food (or drink) as the problem, we’re going to look at the behavior as the problem. For example, if you’re struggling with junk food we’re going to concentrate on the amount and frequency you’re eating as opposed to the food.
The benefit of this approach is that you don’t have to give up your favorite foods, just the destructive ways that you were consuming them.
