Lesson #57
Changing Your
Personal History
by Jim Katsoulis
Introduction
We all have a story we tell ourselves about who we are, why we’re that way and what is possible in our lives. The personal history that we believe about ourselves can be a source of great inspiration or limitation, depending on what it is.
But, you can change your personal history. Understand that our lives and experiences are far to vast to remember everything, so we delete what we consider to not be important or what doesn’t fit into our idea of who we are.
The process of changing your personal history is so powerful because it creates fundamental changes in the way that you define yourself. And when you change how you think of yourself, you create multiple changes all at once.
