Introduction
You can control your cravings, pure and simple. The secret is to not fight them, but to REPROGRAM them. You can change the way you feel about food by using your imagination to associate new feelings to problem foods.
In this week’s lesson you’re going to go through the Craving Eliminator which will change the way you feel about any foods you’ve struggled with. But keep in mind that you’re also going to learn the principles behind the technique which will allow you to use it more effectively.
