Introduction
Most people think of weight loss as a grueling, boring process that is difficult to maintain. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve modeled hundreds of people who ENJOY eating well and exercising, and these people have a very easy time controlling their weight.
If you put some time and energy into answering questions like: “How can I have fun losing weight?” or “How can I make eating well and exercising fun?” then you are on your way to permanent weight loss.
