Introduction
Sometimes when people fail at something repeatedly (like dieting) they can create the belief that the problem is them (instead of the method) and no matter what they try nothing is going to work. If that belief exists, it needs to be identified and eliminated or it’s going to sabotage your weight control without your awareness.
