Introduction

Anger and frustration can be your best tools for re-programming yourself to lose weight permanently, if you use them correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not.

What usually happens is that people get angry and frustrated and turn those emotions AGAINST themselves, instead of against the problem. This is how you get yourself discouraged and depressed.

You’re never going to be able to completely eliminate intense negative emotions from your life, so you need to learn how to USE these powerful feelings to work for you, and it’s easier than you think.
