Introduction
I think ultimately you are guaranteed success if you can master your ability to re-focus and re-motivate yourself. The good news is that this ability is like a muscle you can strengthen to work for you automatically.
The secret is to work on this skill when you’re feeling good so that you can lean upon it when you need it. This will help you create more momentum and extend the good times and decrease the challenging times.
The exercise you’re going to do in the video is a great way to get re-motivated and the more that you do it, the more you’re going to be changing your self image and behaviors naturally.
