When You Feel Depressed

Introduction
The first thing I want to point out this week is that the title of this lesson is a negative suggestion. In order to make sense of it, you have to reference the feeling of being depressed with memories of times you felt down, so I want you to be aware of that and think of the feeling of being motivated after this lesson.
That being said, the truth is that you’re going to feel depressed sometimes, and what is even crazier is that you’re going to feel depressed when you’re successfully losing weight. Not all the time, but occasionally, that just the way it goes. So, you need to be aware that it’s completely natural for our emotions to oscillate.
The good news is that you’re going to also feel good and motivated again and the goal is to make those feelings more common and long lasting and reduce the times when you feel down.
