Introduction
As humans we naturally look around to create a definition of “normal”. We do it in all areas of our lives, but what happens when “normal” becomes abnormal and we don’t realize it. This is a common problem people face when they want to change eating and exercise habits.
If you’re surrounded by people eating poorly and thinking exercising is for health nuts and athletes, then you’re unconsciously going to create some limiting beliefs and ideas that you need to change in order to transform your lifestyle.
So, intentionally spend time finding people (real or online) who are living the way you want to or think you should in order to change your definition of “normal” to a more healthy one.
