Introduction
If you’ve ever wondered why you eat badly even though you want to lose weight, then you’re going to enjoy this week’s lesson. When you understand what hypnotic trances are and how they work, you’ll have a much clearer idea of why you behave the way you do and how to change it.
The most important thing to remember is that emotion trumps intellect every time, and we’re constantly bombarded with ads trying to link pleasurable emotions to their foods. So, we need to be able to identify what they’re trying to do to us and stop it.
