by Jim Katsoulis
Introduction
If you’ve had trouble getting yourself to stick to an exercise program
there’s a good chance it’s because you’ve been thinking of it one dimensionally. Most people think about exercising primarily as a
way to lose weight.
However, if you also think of the strength, balance, stamina, energy, improved moods, etc. you experience when you’re working your body regularly you may find it easier to maintain. Also, when you specifically choose workouts that make you feel better in your day to day activities, you’ll have more reasons to continue exercising.
