Introduction
When it comes to weight control, “all or nothing” thinking is a big problem. If you swear off your favorite foods forever, there’s a good chance you’ll find yourself obsessing on them and deciding that the weight loss isn’t worth it.
One way to eliminate this problem is to as the question: how can I eat what I want AND have the body I want?
If you take the time to truly think about this and come up with some answers, you’ll find that it makes weight control much easier than giving everything up forever.
