Introduction
You don’t want to rely solely on willpower to stay on track with your weight loss, but it is a very useful and powerful tool you can use to control your behaviors.
Think about your willpower like a muscle and dedicate time every day to working it out so that it gets stronger. Regularly engage your willpower with little things and you’ll quickly get better at following through with what you say.
