Introduction

If you’ve ever been sabotaged by the “rebellious” part of you, then this week’s lesson is especially important. The first thing you need to understand is that every “part” of you can be used to help you reach
your goals.

The worst thing you can do is try and ignore your own feelings, but this is often what people do when they’re attempting to lose weight. If your rebellion causes you to overeat or skip exercise then you may want to reconsider your approaches and include your rebellious part in your decisions next time (it may sound crazy, but you’ll see how in the video).
