Introduction

Imagine for a moment that you thought of food as fuel for your body.

You can also think it’s enjoyable and emotionally satisfying. But, imagine your primary thought of food was as a source of energy for your body.

One thing that would happen immediately is that you’d change your criteria. Taste and smell wouldn’t be as high up on the list (you don’t care about the smell or taste of the gas for your car). And what you would look for are the foods that made you FEEL the best. Foods that gave you energy and made you feel strong and alive.
