Introduction
 We’re constantly imagining things in our minds. But the way in which we do it can have a huge impact on every area of your life for 2 important reasons. First, whatever you are imagining is going to influence your state in the moment. And second, your imagination creates your expectations. So, if you’re imagining no matter what you do you’ll never lose weight, there’s an increased chance you won’t even try.
The beauty of imagination is that it’s under your control, so it’s up to you to recognize when you’re imagining negative things and consistently work to shift it into a positive or solution oriented imagination.
