Introduction
 We’re so conditioned to think losing weight is hard that sometimes we never even look for the easy ways to do it.  If you actively seek out the simplest ways to eat better and feel better, you’re going to discover effective, long term strategies that you’ve been overlooking.
The challenge is believing that this process can be easy. Obviously not everything can be effortless, but if you start looking for solutions that would be simple to carry out, you’re going to open yourself up to a whole new way of thinking and behaving.
