Program Yourself Fat?

Introduction
Imagine for a moment that you wanted to program yourself fat, that you wanted to automatically become overweight. I’m serious, this can be a very enlightening thought experiment.
How would you do it? Obviously, you’d eat more and move less, but I want you to think about how you’d influence your mindset, habits, and emotions to keep yourself OFF track.
