Introduction
Be. Here. Now. The famous words of Ram Dass that urge us to get our attention out of our never-ending thoughts and back into RIGHT NOW.
Do it know. Take moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath. Bring your attention into the center of your chest and feel your body.
Most of of our cravings and struggles are in our heads, so it makes a lot of sense to get into the habit of grounding ourselves. Often when you center yourself and enter the present, cravings and negative thoughts will quickly disappear.
