Introduction
It’s easy to get caught up thinking about how long it’ll be before you see results or reach your goal. And this kind of thinking can quickly get you discouraged and demotivated, which is when you may want to use the old AA philosophy of taking it one day at a time.
The beauty of thinking this way is that it concentrates your focus and mental energy, making it much easier to eat well and to keep your attention because it’s a short finite period of time.
