Introduction
Most people have more than enough exercise and nutrition knowledge to create their dream bodies. The challenge is following through on that knowledge to get the results. One way to make this easier is to mentally resist the urge to say “I know” and allow the idea to be fully absorbed and become an experience, first mentally and then in reality.
