Introduction
It seems natural to focus on external actions when you want to lose weight. Just stop snacking and overeating or just make sure you get to the gym, but this kind of focus ignores the main causes of your behaviors.
To create a long term transformation that is enjoyable, you need to consistently articulate and cultivate a new “persona” for yourself. One that not only acts the way you want to, but one that has the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that cause you to act the way you want to.
