Introduction

Humans seem to have a funny way of overlooking the important things sometimes. Take breathing for example, sure we know that it is the #1 most necessary component for us to live, but then we don’t think about how to use it intentionally to IMPROVE our quality of living.

I can tell you from first hand experience that working with my breathing has given me more control over my emotional, mental and physical state than anything else.

No matter your weight, background or health level, if you’re breathing right now you can use some of the techniques in this week’s lesson….
