Increasing Relaxation

Introduction

Increasing themental and physical relaxation you experience habitually is one of the easiest ways to positively influence your weight. Don’t overlook how important relaxation is to you, it’s truly your secret weapon.

Think about how much better you feel when you’re truly relaxed. It makes it easier to make good food choices and helps you to eat slower naturally. You’ll also notice that your motivation will increase because you’re able to let go of negative emotions quicker.

Regardless of your relaxation level, you can relax deeply and more often. The secret is not to shoot for perfection, but to use every moment you can to relax your body, take a deep breath and let go. The more you do this the more powerful the effects.
