How to Drink Enough Water

Introduction

The foundation of your weight control is drinking enough clean, pure water every day. You’ve most likely heard this a thousand times, but
have you made it part of your daily routine?

Water will not only help you digest your food more efficiently, but it also lubricates the joints in your body so that you’re more comfortable. It’s estimated that most Americans are dehydrated, and that’s a real problem because often times the body can confuse thirst for hunger.

An easy formula to remember to figure out the minimum amount of water to drink is half your body weight in ounces.
