Introduction

When you’re strategizing about what habits, behaviors and routines you need to keep you lean and healthy, make sure you’re picking ones that have a residual effect.

One of the more powerful practices I’ve seen people use is to have a regular day (weekly, bimonthly) where they will change up their eating habits. This can be anything from a total fast, to stopping eating at 2pm. This can be very useful because it allows your body and mind to take a break from food and to get the deep rest you need.

You may also find that you rediscover your natural hunger, which is the best tool you can have for permanent weight loss.
