The Joy of Eating Well

Introduction

Eating well feels good. If your initial response to that is disbelief, then we have some work to do. Seriously, if you’re ever going to transform your body permanently you need to congruently believe (and feel) that eating natural nutritious foods moderately feels really good and is enjoyable.

When this happens you automatically eat better because we eat what gives us pleasure. Many people make the mistake of overlooking how good they feel when they eat well, and in the process unintentionally make eating well about willpower.

The good news is that it’s easy to connect to the pleasure of eating well because it’s the truth. If you start paying attention to how you FEEL after you eat high quality nutritious foods, you’ll notice that you have more energy, better moods, and more motivation just to name a few things.
