Lesson #19 Behavioral Triggers

Lesson #19
Your Behavioral Triggers

by Jim Katsoulis

.

Introduction

Stop. Relax. And take a deep breath.

I want you to mentally step back from your life and look at your eating routines. Notice what events, situations and people trigger your moods and behaviors.

You’re going to notice patterns. The more you identify, the more you can change. Once you recognize a pattern, start brainstorming better ways to respond when these triggers go off.

For example, if every time you see your boss you feel stressed and overwhelmed which leads you (in a trance state) to the vending machine then you need to change that response to lose weight permanently. If you don’t want to leave the job then you better change your response so that every time you see your boss, your shoulders relax and you take a deep breath.

Free yourself of bad routines in this week’s lesson…
