Introduction

If you want to lose weight in order to become more attractive I’ve got great news for you! And the news is this… You don’t have to wait!

Start becoming more attractive now by smiling more, improving your moods, getting enough sleep, going to the spa, buying some flattering clothes, learning to dance, getting your hair done, going for a massage, etc., etc.,etc.

There is much more to being attractive than just pounds or the size of your clothes. Remember that and you can become more attractive IMMEDIATELY. And this is so important because I’ve worked with so many people who even though they’ve lost weight, still don’t “feel” attractive.

The other important benefit of this approach is that when you feel better there is much less emotional eating. Remember that feeling good becomes addictive, so do what you can to start feeling good now.
