Introduction
Let’s face it, we all want instant results. And the logical way to get instant results, is to take big bold action. And if we can’t take big, bold action then what’s the point of taking any?
Thinking big has it’s place, but it’s also one of the main reasons that people ultimately give up. If you only recognize monumental efforts, then you are missing out on a lot of opportunities to not only lose weight, but to also feel good about yourself.
Remember that all great accomplishments are built on a foundation of many small ones. If you begin to look for all the “baby steps” you can take you’ll be amazed how much easier it is to “stay on track”. This is a common secret used by people who have maintained their weight loss.
