Introduction
3,000 Ads A Day!!!
That is the number of ads we are bombarded with every day in this society. If you’re going to take control of your mind and your actions, you need to learn how to neutralize the influence of these ads.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that all these ads don’t affect you. Billions of dollars are spent with the sole purpose of figuring out how to influence your behavior.
Discovering and understanding the psychological tricks that they’re using on us in ads, is one of the easiest ways to eliminate junk food cravings. Think about this: if your favorite junk food came in a white bag with no marks on it except for the list of the ingredients in it, and you never saw any ads for it, and you ate it in a plain sterile white room, so you could focus mostly on the flavor and taste, do you think you’d enjoy or crave it as much?
