Questions That Make You Thin

Introduction

The habitual questions you ask yourself are directly responsible for the quality of your life, including the size, strength and health of your body.

Are your questions focusing you on the problem or on the solution.

For example, imagine you just ate too much pizza after eating well for the last few days. Would you ask yourself “how can I get back on track in the easiest and quickest way possible?” or would you say “Why did I do that again? I was doing so well and now I blew it, what’s wrong with me?

Each of those questions creates a different reality for you, which reality will you choose?
