Introduction

If exercise is something that you don’t enjoy doing then you’re always going to struggle to get yourself to do it.

Luckily, the solution is simple, you need to redefine what exercise means to you and find new ways to increase your strength, stamina and overall health that you ENJOY.

Begin thinking of exercise as your chance to feel more relaxed, comfortable and energized. Get hooked on the feeling of strength you experience when you’re muscles are working.

But, also pay attention to becoming more balanced and intuitive about what movements feel right and how far you can safely push yourself to get the results that you want.
