Introduction
Two things to remember:
– Your behaviors are not based on logic, they’re based on emotional associations you’ve created and feel unconsciously in your body.
– You can’t just eliminate a bad craving/habit, you need to REPLACE it with something better.
You can be the master of your cravings by using the mind tricks that you’re going to learn in this week’s lesson..
