Trust me when I tell you that you can lose weight a lot quicker and easier when you feel good about yourself. Most of us have been taught to beat ourselves up relentlessly in order to create motivation, but there is a better way.
You can feel good about yourself AND want to lose weight. Isn’t it easier to eat healthy when you feel calm, relaxed and happy?
Don’t fall into the trap of waiting until you lose the weight to feel confident, attractive or any other useful emotion. Begin feeling those things now and you’ll be amazed at your results.
