Introduction
Your weight loss success is a direct outcome of your ability to stay on track consistently with your eating and exercise plans.
WARNING: The most common reason for falling off the track is from choosing a plan that is too intense. Don’t fall into this trap. Start off with a focus on creating a long term change in your lifestyle, and keep improving on it.
Also, make sure that you’re using your motivation correctly. Can you list off all the reasons you need to live in your new body? Take some time to think about it and also think about all the pain you will experience in the future if you don’t take control of your body.
