Using Pattern Interrupts

Introduction
The truth is that we all act, think and feel emotions in patterns. These patterns are effectively trances that we’re UNAWARE OF, so if you’re going to genuinely create long term changes in your body, you should learn about pattern interrupts and use them regularly.
You can use pattern interrupts anywhere there is a pattern, and there are patterns everywhere from your eating to your exercising and even to how you speak about eating better. Notice how you use specific words, tones, phrases, etc. If you change any of these things up next time you speak about eating better there’s a good chance you’ll recognize that it “feels” different. You may feel more or less excitement or motivation, and the more aware you become of that, the more control you’ll have.
