Introduction

One of the most common and powerful causes of self sabotage is the belief that you need to be perfect. Aiming for perfection is fine, but expecting that you are going to act perfect all the time is not.

Remember that learning is a process of making mistakes. The more mistakes you’re willing to make, the quicker you’ll learn. If you’re constantly afraid to screw up, you’re going to slow down or stop your progress completely.
